We decided to call the short film 'Exposure'. Exposure is symbolic throughout our film as at first glance it creates an image of someone being exposed,which usually has a negative connotation. It is also a technical term of the level of exposure on a camera.

 

This will intrigue potential watchers and our target audience as they will want to find out more, such as :

Who is being exposed? or What is being exposed?.

 

The reason we decided to call the short film exposure is because the film follows the events of a young woman who is an intern at a journalist firm. She is given an assignment to take photos for the magazine nature edition and comes across a dark alley way where she witnesses her boss shooting a victim, with the evidence in her hands. She has evidence of what her boss has done and will use it against her in order to get the dream job she has always wanted, therefore exposing her. But also a camera has different levels of exposure so that also fits with the title.
